It's worth it

Organic sometimes costs a little more but it’s worth it. Your exposure to most artificial pesticides, many additives and GM will be reduced by eating organic. And you have peace of mind knowing that any animals involved in producing your food have enjoyed a more
natural life.

Why is organic milk worth it?

Organic milk contains higher levels of Omega 3 and other goodies because organic cows are fed on a natural diet of grass. Research has shown that organic milk has higher levels of vitamin E, vitamin A and antioxidants. Organically reared dairy cows are fed a more natural and GM free diet without the routine use of drugs and antibiotics.
